My story

I’m a UX and Service Designer who works at the intersection of experience, strategy, and systems thinking. At Progressive, I lead projects that transform complex onboarding and employee experiences into systems that are clear, scalable, and genuinely useful for the people who rely on them.

Before that, I was a UX designer on Spencer Stuart's Innovation Team, where I helped design the internal products, frameworks, and tools used by the firm’s organizational consulting practice. I worked across client engagements—from startups to Fortune 500s—collaborating directly with CEOs and their leadership teams to design experiences that supported cultural change, leadership development, and organizational growth.

Bringing diverse teams together to move from conversation to clarity. I lead focused workshops and working sessions that help diverse stakeholders and leadership make aligned, informed design decisions quickly.

Storytelling + Photography

Photography is where my design career started—it taught me how to see light, form a composition, and craft a story. These days, I shoot everything from small weddings to creative street photography. That same instinct for composition and rhythm carries into my design work, helping me improve my visual design skills.
